A refreshing experience

I wish to convey my very enthusiastic thanks for your refreshing dealership experience.

Mr Guevara was the pivotal person in my deal on a Golf GTI (and what a brilliant car). He was most pleasant and helpful and so was Jonathan when it was his day off.

Ms Kim McDonald and Mr Sammut were extremely helpful in getting my finance sorted out.

The dealership experience was so positive that my fiancé even considered buying a Golf R, and drove it, wherein other dealerships made her feel unenthused and nervous.

I had been to a local dealership 5 times prior and nobody was interested in crunching the numbers. Another dealership had a demo Golf car (with 7000km mind you) with rubbish in it, broken cup holders, scuff marks, and part of the dashboard missing for $48000 ! Also, the demo R they had came with a baby seat in the back. When I questioned was it a special vw option he said "nah the boss's been driving round in it". Thats funny!

Anyway I have encouraged my brother to trade in his Astra with you soon, and my fiancé is on the list now to see the new Bug!
