I am very happy with the overall service experience. The service staff at registration were clear on the service being performed, communicated the expected time for completion of the service and advised options for the ongoing service intervals (particularly as the car doesn't get driven that often/far).
I also appreciated the courtesy drop off back home, important with balancing family commitments with the school run (not to mention the opportunity to have breakfast in the cafe).
We see the ads on TV about servicing outside dealerships, but having had a bad experience with a previous vehicle (not a Mitsubishi), I recognise the importance of dealership service and will continue this in the future.
