thanks for the positive experience

I hate buying cars. As a 50something female I was not looking forward to the experience- especially as I had just sold my much loved mid-life-crisis Audi TT- and needed something more 'grandmotherly'. I did my research on line and went to test drive my final four options. As usual, I was almost invisible- the salesmen talking through me to my husband, despite his comments that it was my car and the purchase decision was mine.

Then we came to Nepean Motor Group. What a difference! Jonathan Barbara could not have been more helpful- and his youthful and honest approach was so refreshing- none of the typical car salesman spiels. I took two cars for a test drive (the other being a Nissan)- and returned the next day to purchase the Mitsubishi.

Congratulations on having such a great team- Jonathan is really outstanding- Kim (finance) was fabulous- Wayne (who range to advise my car had arrived EARLY!) was lovely. I could not have had a better experience. Thankyou to you and your team. FYI- I got a follow up call from the Nissan guy- cant recall his name- tall with a European accent- who was disapointed I didn't go for the Nissan and asked if I purchased from Nepan Motor Group and was genuienly pleased when I told him I had. Nice follow up.
