My wife and I purchased a new Suzuki Kizashi from you, (the silver touring demo)

Given my age (43) one would expect that over the years I have purchased a number of vehicles, in addition, my father owned car yards in Parks when I was a boy. So, I do feel somewhat qualified in passing the following information onto you.

The sale was delivered my John PORTELLI. Never in my years of purchasing vehicles have I had such a pleasurable experience. On attending your dealership I was not too sure as to what direction I was going, all I knew was my wife wanted a new car. I had always admired the Kizashi however thought it was a little too expansive for our needs. (second car) enter John, as I am very aware of typical sales pitches I was a little wary. John got off to a great start by simply focusing on the car and not my ability/willingness to purchase a vehicle. This was the beginning of our relationship. From that point on right up to the day we picked up our new car John was an absolute professional. John was very helpful throughout our dealings and displayed a very impressive work ethic and decency toward my wife and I.
You have a great employee in John but I'm sure you already know that. From my humble view your dealership has come a long way from where things were three years ago, and it's a credit to you and your fantastic staff. Thank you for the experience.
By the way, the policy you have adopted where customers can take the car for a number of hours (on their own) is a real winner for you. Nothing beats trust and trust reflects mutual commitment. Simply speaking, it works.
