"Buying the car was fantastic"

Overall service from Nav when buying the car was fantastic and we have told him we will be back in the next 6 - 12 months to upgrade anther car but we want to deal with Nav when doing this. He answered all of our questions unlike some other dealers who to us, seemed to not take us seriously. We explained to Nav we wanted to purchase a car right now - today and we were serious and Nav did take us serious, hence the reason we purchased and collected the car within 24 hours. Nav also took care of our daughter by buying her a muffin and drink to keep her occupied - this service that we were given helped greatly and definitely made us feel comfortable and welcome. We are currently looking at the Volkswagen but have told Nav we would like to deal with him at the time we come back to trade our other car. Realistically, people have an opinon about 'car sales men', majority are 'gift of the gab' gentlemen, Nav on the other hand was not like that - although he needs to make his sales and targets - to us - Nav seemed to know what he was talking about and didn't feed us with 'crap' - well he made us believe that and that itself is a good salesmen.
