I have recently purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee 70th Anniversary from Nepean Motor Group in Penrith. So far the vehicle has been great and after owning a Clubsport R8 VE model the features and trim are up there with the best of them. The one thing that has truly made this a great buy, was the service that was given to me buy the sales team. My main point of contact was Kurt Natter with assistance from Aaron and Jade. The moment we walked into the showroom, we were greeted with a very positive and easy going salesman who looked after us from the start to the finish. Kurt made us feel very comfortable and it made things very easy. From the moment I went for a test drive I knew I wanted one of these vehicles and that decision in the end was made at our own time and not pressured like you normally get from other salesman. Jade being the General Manager, sealed the deal for us and we waited for the vehicle delivery which was still on a ship. During this time we received constant updates from the team and when Kurt was off Aaron or Jade would call. Jade was able to get the colour we wanted and made the turnaround a priority for us. After delivery we continued to receive phone calls from Kurt and Aaron to see if we were happy with the vehicle and if we needed any assistance . Nepean Motor Group looked after us in a very professional and understanding way and I think to have a dealership selling your vehicles and looking after its customer is something other dealers should take note of. I hope this email could be seen by operations managers as it proves that the people selling your vehicles are listening, understanding and not pushing customers away but making them return time and again and people like Kurt Natter are not everywhere but he's selling Jeeps in a very positive and friendly way.
