Golden Ticket EOY Sale!

Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents over the age of 18.
• Employees, immediate family members of employees, employees of any company associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter.

Entry

• The Promotion commences on 8:30 AM 01/12/2023 and entries close on 4:00 PM 30/12/2023.
• To enter, Eligible Entrants must purchase an in-stock new or used vehicle to receive a single golden ticket entry into the draw.
• If after purchasing a vehicle during this time, an entrant purchases $500 or more of aftermarket products they will receive an extra golden ticket entry.
• If after purchasing a vehicle during this time, an entrant finances their new vehicle purchase through Nepean Motor Group they will receive an extra golden ticket entry.
• A ticket with an identical identifier will be kept by Nepean Motor Group and entered into the barrel for the draw.
• By entering the Promotion, all entrants consent to their entry and/or other communications with the Promoter being broadcast on air and communicated to the public via any medium. Entrants will not be compensated for this use. It is a condition of entry that the Promoter has the right to publicise, broadcast and communicate to the public the names, characters, likenesses or voices of entrants for any promotion or matter incidental to the Promotion.

Prizes and Winning

• The random prize draw will take place at 2:00PM on 13/01/2024, at 2128-2140 Castlereagh Rd, Penrith NSW 2750, Australia, the draw will also be live streamed.
• To claim the prize, the winner (or a pre-advised representative) will be called and must answer within three (3) rings.
• If after three (3) minutes since the winning ticket has been drawn, if the winner or a pre-advised representative) hasn’t called back to claim the prize , this ticket will be put aside and void, and the prize will be redrawn.
• The winner will be the person who received the golden ticket with the matching number to the one drawn by Nepean Motor Group.
• The winner must present their original golden ticket that they received at time of purchase to claim the prize.
• There will be a single winner who will receive 10,000 Australian dollars, via bank transfer or cheque.
• The 10,000 Australian dollar prize will be delivered on the date of delivery of the purchased vehicle, unless the vehicle was delivered previous to the draw.
• To receive the prize, the entrant must take delivery of the purchased vehicle, otherwise the prize will be forfeited and redrawn.
• Total Prize pool value is 10,000 Australian dollars.

Prize Conditions

• The draw will be live streamed on Facebook, via Nepean Motor Group’s Facebook Page.
• Winners will be notified again by phone and email within two (2) business days of the draw. The winners will have their details published on our website www.nepeanmotorgroup.com.au and Nepean Motor Group’s Facebook and Instagram accounts.
• To claim the prize, the winner will be called and must answer within three (3) rings.
• f after three (3) minutes since the winning ticket has been drawn, the winner hasn’t called back to claim the prize , this ticket will be put aside and void, and the prize will be redrawn.
• These rules will continue until the prize is claimed.
