Our ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, preferably within the automotive industry.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Acting as the principal contact between the dealership and customers for repairs and maintenance service on vehicles
  • Representation of an individual brand in a large multi franchise dealership
  • Driving and maintaining brand specific customer satisfaction levels in line with Nepean Motor Group KPIs
  • Owning customer enquiries / concerns and providing a proactive and positive solution
  • Assisting all departments in attracting new and maintaining current customers
  • Assisting with any functions given by Customer Experience Manager

This is a full time position working Monday - Friday.

  • Carry out all vehicle cleaning duties.
  • Maintain a sound knowledge of all Dealership products and services.
  • Request assistance as required.
  • Be responsible for the care and use of all Dealership equipment and return to the correct place after use.
  • Legibly complete all paperwork correctly with all details regarding works carried out.
  • Do not smoke in any vehicle and obey all road laws when driving.
  • Suggest training and equipment needs to the Service Manager.

To succeed in this role you'll need to be a trade qualified Automotive Technician. Previous Dealership and/or Manufacturer experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.
