We're currently looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy service team.

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role or a background in another area of the automotive industry with a high quality customer service track record. It's also important that you have a good understanding of automotive servicing and repair and the ability to translate technical information for customers.

It's essential that you are capable of making quick decisions and always have the best interest of the customer in mind.

Other valuable attributes and skills include:

  • A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
  • A current Drivers Licence
  • The ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail and a great work ethic

You'll act as the key contact between our technicians and customers, ensuring that they are kept well informed at every step of the servicing process. This role involves a combination of customer service, inter-department liaising and some administration, so it's important that you have excellent organisation and time management skills.

Trainee Automotive Concierge

Do you love cars? Do you love helping people? This could be the ultimate job for you.

Working with our friendly Volkswagen team to help provide a premium customer experience for everyone who walks through our door.

The main features of the job will be to meet and greet customers who are coming in or browsing our yard, helping them with basic questions, taking their details and passing them on to the right salesman when they are available.

You may also be required to help out with some admin tasks, paperwork etc, and make tea & coffee for waiting customers.
